ROYAL PALMS CONDOMINIUMS
Dingle Road
Charleston County, SC

Summary:
The Royal Palms Development is an attractively planned Townhouse style neighborhood that will compliment a transitioning area along Highway 17 in Charleston County. Working with the developers and Schmitt Walker Architects a master plan was developed for this 72 unit luxury development on the nearly 10 acre site. The community was developed with architectural style including gabled roofs and porches with common yards blended into and around the natural features and the landscape of the property.
