Summary:
Hope Medical Clinic is a 2.74 acre parcel located in North Charleston on Rivers Avenue and serves as a general practitioner office. Adequate parking and drop-off accessibility were very important. Several large oak trees with trunks of 40” diameter and greater are scattered among the site. To accommodate a unique site the parking layout was designed using pervious pavers and plantation gravel mix to lessen impact on tree roots.
